新鲜的奶油在一定的时间里,口味会发生微观层面的变化,就如同上好的红酒,必须要在特定的环境下饮用才能品尝到上等的味道。在生产中心,任何的保鲜设备或措施都无法延长蛋糕的新鲜程度。欧柏林认为,即时生产即时食用是最能体现蛋糕新鲜程度的。因此,欧柏林蛋糕均采用订单式生产方式,每款蛋糕均为配送当日生产制作,保证消费者可以品尝到最新鲜的蛋糕。

Neither fresh-keeping equipments nor measures can prolong a cake’s freshness. O-Berlin thinks that just-in-time production and just-in-time eating is the best way to reflect the freshness of a cake, so every cake is produced on the very day when it is delivered to customers.
